Rocket Carwash

General Proposal
The applicant will construct a 7,710 square foot carwash and car service (oil and lube) center along Statesville Road (Highway 21). 6,210 square feet will be used for carwash and car service (oil and lube) uses while 1,500 square feet will be used for sales/reception areas. The site proposes a three bay wash area, detail area, sales/reception area and vehicle service area.

Before submitting the proposed site plan, the applicant requested reducing the Type A opaque screen buffer from 50’ to 10’ to allow paving for parking and driveway access. The Town Board approved this request on March 27, 2008.
